PRODUCT IS DAMAGED 

We want to provide you with excellent customer service, so please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to hello@shotofjoy.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame. We care about your experience. That's why our customer service is responding to every email as soon as it is possible.
